Family situation

Because my family is meeting many difficulties in the life, I wish to be sponsored with a scholarship. My sister and I have to sell lottery tickets everyday after school to help earn extra money for our school fees. Even rain or shine, we must go for hours until we earn some money. We then come home hungry and sometimes if we don’t earn enough money, we will eat a potato and water then do our school work and go to bed. Our family cannot eat rice every day as it cost too much money. With a sponsorship, I will be able to concentrate on my work have extra money for school and my parents can have the money for food.

Currently, my family is very poor and meets many difficulties. My parents are farmers who work hard so that we can study. My family is lacking basic life materials such as simple pots and pans, school materials, clothing and medical care.

This is a poor family. The girls try to manage and help there family. With a support from an organization to provide a scholarship, it will be less difficult on the family.
